Brown Bear Pediatrics is a concierge pediatric service providing specialized support for newborns and young children, with a focus on the fourth trimester. Services may include home visits, virtual consultations, and direct communication access.
Important: Brown Bear Pediatrics is designed to supplement—not replace—your child’s primary care pediatrician.
We do not provide routine well-child visits, vaccinations, or comprehensive primary care services.
Families are responsible for maintaining an ongoing relationship with a primary care pediatrician for preventive care, immunizations, and management of chronic or complex conditions.

2. No Emergency Services
Brown Bear Pediatrics does not provide emergency medical care.
If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

3. Membership & Payment Terms
Membership Model
Services may be offered through limited-membership packages or bundled care offerings
Membership is intentionally capped to maintain accessibility and quality
Fees & Payment
Brown Bear Pediatrics is a self-pay practice and does not participate with insurance plans, including Medicare or Medicaid
Payment is due at the time of service or per membership agreement
Refund Policy
Fees are generally non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Brown Bear Pediatrics
Sibling Discounts
Discounts for multiple children may be offered and will be outlined at enrollment
